About Us: We are a Lubbock-based marketing agency with a strong client presence in Midland, Texas. Our clientele is primarily within the oil and gas industry, including service companies, equipment providers, and chemical manufacturers. We are expanding our team to include a Midland-based specialist to help us maintain and grow these client relationships through effective communication, content creation, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the Midland and some additional areas.
  • Develop engaging content, including graphic design, photos and short-form videos, showcasing our clients’ products, services, and events.
  • Manage clients’ social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Provide account management, ensuring client needs are met and projects are executed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our Lubbock-based team to execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend client meetings and capture content on-site as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in marketing, content development, or account management (preferably in the oil and gas industry).
  • Strong photography and videography skills for creating content.
