The Texas Home Builders Association (WTHBA) social media platforms get taken over by EMW three times a year to showcase and drive traffic to their annual events. Whether we’re doing a Facebook Live straight from the drone or posting sneak peeks of homes on their Instagram story, we know how to keep an audience on the edge of their seats. The work EMW Digital has done for the Home + Garden Show has resulted in an increase in ticket sales and number of successful booths with strategically targeted digital and traditional media buys. Since 2011, we have created both print and digital-based designs for the Texas Home Builders Association Parade of Homes. Designs include plat maps for different developments, billboards, and other signage, digital ads, tickets, yard signs, awards, and more. Our personal favorite Parade of Homes project is the 110-page magazine-style guidebook with builder templates, relevant articles, ad space for vendors, and everything else a viewer could need when touring the Parade.
